As the senior pastor of Christ Community Church, Jeff provides leadership, teaching, and direction for the church.  His life is largely defined by this statement: I am a follower of Jesus, husband, father, and pastor.

First, I am a follower of Jesus.  The greatest moment of my life was when I gave my life to Christ when I was 14 in the Church of the Nazarene in Williston, VT.  From that moment on, I was overwhelmed with the forgiveness of my sin, a new and captivating purpose, and great joy flowing from the security He provides in my soul.

Second, I am a husband to an amazing wife.  Since the day Kristine walked into a winter class at ENC back in 1994, she had my attention (it was the green eyes)!  We married in July of 1995 and God has given us strength to travel this road of life and ministry together through the ups and downs.

Third, I am the father to 5 amazing kids; three sons and two daughters. Each of them has a different personality and brings unique strengths into our family life!  For those of you who are dog lovers, I also have a lively yellow lab named Bruce, who has more energy than he knows what to do with!

Fourth, I am a pastor.  One of the great moments of my life was in 1992 while in my college dorm room.  I had been praying for God’s direction on my life and I sensed that He was calling me into full time ministry.  As a way of confirming this call, the Holy Spirit led me to 2 Timothy 4:1-5 where the Apostle Paul charges Timothy to “preach the Word”.  The passage resonates deeply in my heart to this day.  As a pastor, I feel so blessed to be able to invest in people’s lives with the life transforming message of Christ.

Jennie is a pastor and faith community nurse who joined Christ Community Church in February of 2023 as Associate Pastor. It feels a bit like being welcomed home because she grew up at “Emmanuel Church of the Nazarene” and on the Upstate District. She is about passionate about being the hands and feet of Jesus through meeting the physical, spiritual, and emotional needs of the body and soul. She loves facilitating the growth of others towards Our Savior by providing opportunities for discipleship and service. She is skilled in systems organization, community assessment and outreach ministries. Ultimately, empowering the local church to be the hands and feet of Jesus in their community.

She is a graduate of Eastern Nazarene College (’07 Biology) Case Western Reserve University (’10 & 13 Nursing). She has served at Valley Worship Center Church of the Nazarene in Syracuse, NY where she became passionate about community outreach and compassionate ministries. She continued to grow in pastoral ministry at Wollaston Church of the Nazarene between 2018-2022. She graduated from Nazarene Bible College (’22 MPP) and received her first District License in 2017 and was ordained as an elder in the Church of the Nazarene 2022. 

Jennie has considered being a wife and mom the highest blessing and calling in her life. It is God who has called her and equipped her whole family and she considers this a partnership in ministry. She could not do this without the love and support of her husband, Tennyson. Her highest calling, joy and growth in grace is being “mom” to Adaleigh, Brooke, Shiloh, and Charles. She is thankful for  the faithfulness of God and continued growth in grace filled, God equipped life and ministry. 

Hebrews 13:20-21: Now may the God of peace, who through the blood of the eternal covenant brought back from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great Shepherd of the sheep, equip you with everything good for doing his will, and may he work in us what is pleasing to him, through Jesus Christ, to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.

Don is the Director of Worship & Technology at Christ Community Church. He and his wife Devin met at Houghton College, have been married for nineteen years, and live in Camillus with their three children, Micah (16), Alaina (14), and Isaiah (11). 

He is an active worship leader, music educator, conductor, and singer in the Syracuse area.  Don has been the Worship Leader at Syracuse Christ Community Church of the Nazarene since 2014.  Don holds a BMus in Education and an MM in Choral Conducting from Houghton College, Houghton, New York. From a young age he has been active in the Church, involved in choir and worship teams throughout his early years and held worship leader/music director positions at summer camps, college ministry teams, and other churches. 

He is a member of the West Genesee Central School District music faculty and is in his eighteenth year as the Choral/Musical Director for the Camillus Middle School.  Don has performed professionally as a soloist with Symphoria, the Central Winds, and the former Syracuse Symphony Orchestra.  Devin is an accomplished violinist and pianist, enjoys being active, as well as sewing and gardening. She is also a member of the West Genesee Central School District musica faculty and serves as the Camillus Middle School Orchestra Director.  Devin is also an active member of the Worship Team at CCC.

Christine began administrating the Christ Community office in July of 2018. She is a long-time member of the Fulton First United Methodist Church, and Christine is actively involved in the ministries of Closer Walk.
